My story

Health and a wholesome life has always been an essential part of my lifestyle.

I started practicing yoga about 10 years ago at a fitness centre. Previously I have been doing gymnastics for 16 years on a professional level, which taught me that unconscious and intensive movement practice can have a major negative impact on the body and mind.

I started practising yoga about 10 years ago at a fitness centre. Previously I had been doing gymnastics for 16 years on a professional level, which taught me that unconscious and intensive movement practice can have a major negative impact on the body and mind. It was not until after the birth of my first child that I felt the need for a regular yoga practice to heal my mind and body. I desired to move physically, yet my mind needed calming. On my friend’s recommendation I started with online yoga classes while the baby was sleeping.

A few years later I felt the impulse to start teaching yoga myself.

In September, 2015 I completed my first Yoga Therapy (Yin Yoga) course in Brazil taught by David Lurey and Mirjam Wagner - both experienced and renowned teachers. The year after I finished Vinyasa Yoga 200 RYTT yoga teacher foundation course with the same teachers. And so my dream and vision to become a yoga teacher came true. 

Sharing yoga practice with others is my mission. Yoga is a highly diverse and effective instrument for body & mind - I have witnessed its positive results in myself as well as my students. 

Yoga is also a lifestyle that supports healthy living and leads to a fulfilling life.
